A refresh

A refresh is always in order.  Whether it’s your home, your wardrobe or even your mindset; the coming spring calls for a fresh look or way of doing things.  An event venue like The Crane Bay is no exception!

A refresh is underway for the Crane Bay.

The Crane Bay is beginning the process of freshening up its look. (We pride ourselves on being oh, so trendy!  It takes work to look this good!)  The even better news?  Our guests won’t be inconvenienced during our facelift.  All of the work is being performed on days that we don’t have events.

We’ll give you all the details in the coming weeks.   But one thing we can tell you now is that The Crane Bay will still have all the same great amenities when we’re done!

After the refresh

The Crane Bay will still have more than 15,000 square feet that can be divided into four sections using our complimentary, in-house draping system.  The drapes can be lit to match your color scheme and provide a cool vibe.

You will still be able to place our luxurious white leather couches wherever you want them for your event and even put out throw pillows to match your event’s colors!

If guests get warm or just want to enjoy the fresh air and Downtown Indianapolis skyline, our private outdoor patio will be ready with a roaring fireplace, heating elements and plenty of cozy lounge furniture.

The Crane Bay is known for its creative food and beverage displays and LED lighted columns and backdrops.  These will all remain and be just as incredible as ever.  Have you checked out our shot chandelier and appetizer wall? Guests rave about them!

Our food from Crystal Catering will also be as delicious as ever.  Whether you are doing appetizers, a buffet or a plated dinner; guests will leave full and talking about how yummy everything was.

We’ll still be the perfect space for your wedding, corporate function, tradeshow, holiday party or meetings.  Guests especially love that parking is a breeze – we have more than 1,200 spaces available on-site.
