The Crane Bay Event Center venue rental costs and food and beverage minimums vary based on the day and month of your event.
The food and beverage minimum refers to the least you must spend when selecting your menu, including food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (not including service charge or cash bar sales).
There is 23% service charge added to all food and beverage arrangements. This fee covers the set-up, tear down, serving staff and kitchen labor (Not Including Bartenders and Security).
Crystal Catering is the exlusive caterer at Crane Bay.
Yes, however the bakery or cake provider for your event must be licensed.
We do not charge any additional ceremony fee at our venue!
We have 1200 convenient parking spots located on the south side of our building (at $5 via credit card payment per space or the host can add the cost for parking to their bill)! We also have 30 complimentary spaces located on the east side of our building and 15 parking spaces for staff or talent located on the west side of our building.
Our maximum seated capacity is (650) and maximum standing capacity is (1,500). The patio’s standing capacity is (200)!
